Waste not, want not
At Good Vibes Cafe we hate waste so we do whatever we can to avoid it.
In the last year we have started:
- Making dog biscuits out of leftover bacon fat
- Freezing leftover filter coffee into ice cubes to make iced coffee amazing
- Using roasted tomato ends to make our own passata for our home brew beans
