Personality is key

In my experience of working for a variety of successful businesses, I’ve seen managers and owners try to emulate other places but at the cost of forgetting their origins. Clientele of all walks of life do not mind waiting for a high quality product if the customer service is personal. The hospitality industry can quickly become disassociated with the very people they’re trying to attract by focusing to much on capital and forgetting about the idea that what you should be providing is a memory for each and every person that walks through the door. That’s my hack: Focus more on creating memories and your capital will follow.
